When his short-term contract at Portman Road expires at the conclusion of this season, Travis, 26, is scheduled to return to Ewood Park.

Travis’s contract expires in June 2026, but Eustace may extend it earlier to include an additional year.

He signed with Blackburn Rovers in 2014 after moving there as a teenager from Liverpool.Three years later, he made

his debut for the Lancashire team, and he has since made 223 appearances for them across all competitions, contributing six goals.

Under Tomasson, Travis’ tenure at Rovers became a little monotonous, which is why Ipswich Town called to grant him permission to leave.

Since then, he has participated in eight games for the Tractor Boys, led by Kieran McKenna, as they fight.
