Former Premier League striker approves the £60 million star’s transfer to Newcastle United.
Louis Saha has hailed Morgan Gibbs-White’s ability to “create chances” amid reported interest from Newcastle
United.
Capable of playing as a No.10 or on the right, the 24-year-old is Nottingham Forest’s prized asset in their fight to star
up. The Tricky Trees are a point above the Premier League relegation zone, with Gibbs-White registering 12 goal
contributions this season.
When Forest agreed to pay £42 million to sign the midfield player nearly two years ago, eyebrows were raised. While
on loan at Sheffield United, Gibbs-White excelled at the Championship level despite making very few appearances in
the Premier League.
However, the former Wolverhampton Wanderers player has excelled since making the big-money switch to become a
premier league player. Gibbs-White has been mentioned in reports as a possible target for Newcastle in recent
months.
