According to Philippe Clement, his modest heroes are causing him issues and their success isn’t happening by magic.

The Rangers boss was thrilled with the team mentality as goals from Ridvan Yilmaz, Todd Cantwell, and substitute Cyriel Dessers

destroyed Hibs. He also revealed that his 15-goal winger Abdallah Sima underwent surgery and is expected to return before the end of

the season. With a game remaining, Clement’s 11th victory in 13 Premiership contests narrowed the lead over Celtic to five points.

The Belgian claims he has great stand-ins and a painful head when it comes to selecting a team because of the lack of ego and desire to

shine throughout the entire unit. “I hope that after multiple victories they keep on understanding where it is coming from,” Clement

remarked. It isn’t just raining from the sky. It involves a great deal of work, a great deal of unity, and not having an excessively large

ego to play for oneself. I will thus enforce that strictly and consider the team while making judgments.

“Everyone who entered the game made a positive contribution, and that has been our strength over the past few months—whoever is

playing in whatever position, they know their job, give it their all for the team, and collaborate well.

“I told them that selecting a starting lineup gives me a lot of headaches,” I said following training on Tuesday. But that’s a positive

thing. In the upcoming months, I hope they give me a lot of headaches.

Clement reprimanded his squad during the intermission, although he was generally pleased with the Easter Road performance. “I had

some remarks which we discussed at halftime,” he continued. The second half was excellent, with lots of dominance.

“There were four aims for me. One was disallowed, and that was right; from what I could see, it was a decent goal, but it was a few

centimeters offside. The clean sheet was obviously crucial, but let’s be realistic.

A few strong saves were also made by Jack Butland. You can’t argue Hibs didn’t create opportunities. However, everyone will agree

that they witnessed excellent football and a strong Rangers team this evening. I believe it was a terrific representation of Scottish football because of both teams.

With his future at the Rangers still up in the air, Yilmaz scored the first goal. He was, however, laser-focused, and the Light Blues

manager stated: “Obviously, he wouldn’t be on the field otherwise.”

It’s obvious that he won’t be chosen if I notice anything else. Only with players that are committed to the club

and give their all can we work together and win games.

Is it a given that the player will be present the next week? that you can never be sure. They must give it their all while they are with the

Rangers, and I will offer them opportunities.
