Mystery friend who partied with three Kansas City Chiefs later found dead in backyard says they were still alive with host Jordan Willis when he left

Mystery friend number five,

who was there in the house where three Kansas City Chiefs supporters perished

under strange circumstances on January 7,

has come out in an anonymous statement to affirm that the men were “still alive”

and conscious when host Jordan Willis left.

In the backyard of Willis’s Kansas City, Missouri, house on January 9,

the remains of David Harrington, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and Clayton McGeeney, 36, were discovered.

They had been there since the seven of January,

when the five-friend who has not yet been named came to see the Chiefs play the Los Angeles Chargers at Willis.

He says the three buddies “must have” come back to the house to “hang out” while he was sleeping,

and that’s when they went into the backyard,

even though it was a chilly 32 degrees outside.

The victims’ families claim that over the course of two days, they called Willis,

stopped by his house, and messaged him on Facebook to find out where the victims were.

He remained silent.

The first death was discovered in the backyard by one of the men’s fiancées,

who eventually broke into the house through the basement. After that,

she phoned the police, who discovered Willis clutching a wine glass while still in his underwear.

According to his lawyer, he did nothing improper and assisted the police.

The reason of death and if any of the guys had drugs in their system have not yet been disclosed

by the medical examiner’s office.

He is not hiding anything.

Without an attorney present, he went to the police station, talked with the officers,

and gave them permission to search his house. These were his pals.

He didn’t want anything bad to happen to any of them,

so he had purchased tickets for them all to attend the upcoming Chiefs game.

Attorney John Picerno told DailyMail.com that there was no malice.

He blasted online investigators and others who believe he is at fault,

labeling the conjecture as “unfair.”

When pressed about the men’s drug use, Picerno remained silent.

The toxicological report results from the medical examiner are still pending publication.

Willis maintains that he remained in his house for the following two days,

oblivious to the fact that his friends’ automobiles remained outside.

It was not until January 9, when one of the men’s fiancées broke into the house to look for him,

that he found out they had died.

He thinks the men came back to “hang out” in the living room while he was asleep on January 7, after he had waived them off.

As the relatives of the three victims demanded answers, attorney John Picerno told DailyMail.com today, “Maybe they didn’t want to go to a bar or hang out somewhere else.”

He didn’t need to walk his two dogs because he worked from home and they were with his father.

The victims’ families claim that they pounded Willis with calls and Facebook messages for two days, demanding to know where their loved ones were, but they got no answer.

The fiancée phoned the police on January 9 after breaking in and discovering the first body.

According to the relatives of the victims, when officers came, they discovered Willis in his underwear holding an empty glass of wine. Then they discovered the other two bodies in the garden.

The deaths are still unsolved. According to the police, there was no foul play, and Willis is not under arrest or charge.

The manner of the men’s deaths and the state of their bodies have not yet been disclosed by the medical examiner.

Willis has denied any misconduct through an attorney.
