Everton approached soon-to-be free agent Daniel Jebbison this summer, according to HITC.

According to the news outlet’s website (May 31), the 20-year-old is expected to quit Bramall Lane

when his contract ends, despite the Blades’ best efforts to re-sign him.And the striker is drawing a

lot of interest from clubs like Leeds United, but Everton is one of the teams that has made an effort

to persuade him to transfer to Goodison Park and give them an advantage over their rivals for his signature.

Jebbison is a highly regarded player in England, despite missing the majority of the 2023/24

season due to a blood clot as the Blades were relegated to the Championship.

However, in 2021, the Candian-born England youth international became the youngest player to

score on his full debut, and he has continued to amaze ever since.

So it’s no surprise that a number of clubs are interested in signing him on a free transfer, given his

talent and room for progress.

However, while Everton clearly requires more attacking alternatives, there are concerns about

whether a 20-year-old with limited experience is the solution to their difficulties.

Youssef Chermiti is already at the club and a member of the squad, filling the same position, thus it

will be decided whether both are in the squad alongside Beto and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
