Taylor got married two years after popping the question to Laura Macfarlane on a dreamy vacation in Greece,

in front of his old Celtic teammates Kris Ajer, Ryan Christie, and Stuart Armstrong.

Laura described the couple’s celebration of their union on Instagram

as a “unofficial wedding,” implying that a more official event may still be planned.

By posting the picture on his account with the phrase “Part 1,”

Taylor reinforced this mood and hinted at additional festivities to come.

Taylor, who is included in the tentative team for this year’s Euros,

is juggling a lot of responsibilities at the moment of this happy occasion.

The couple may have chosen to call their celebration “unofficial”

in order to avoid conflict with their upcoming obligations;

a more formal ceremony may be scheduled for the future.
