The Hoops and Brendan Rodgers will have a busy finish to the season on the field as

they want to defeat rivals Rangers and win the Scottish Cup at

Hampden Park in addition to the Scottish Premiership title.

long-term aim; he is scheduled to return to the club at the end of the current season.

Update on Adam Idah’s transfer to Celtic

In the past 48 hours, Football Insider has reported that Celtic is now prepared to

make a permanent offer for Idah, with the Canaries placing a £5 million value on the striker.

It’s unclear from the article if the Hoops are prepared to match that asking price,

but it sounds like Norwich will get a formal bid for the forward from Celtic.

After scoring a goal against Motherwell, the 23-year-old, who earns £23,000 a

week at Carrow Road, was dubbed “absolutely stunning” by Chris Sutton.

In 15 appearances for Celtic, Idah has scored seven goals and contributed two assists.

If a long-term agreement is reached, Rodgers, who praised the forward in February, might be pleased.
