NBA Acknowledges Missed Call in Hawks vs. Warriors Game

Despite Steph Curry scoring 60 points, the Golden State Warriors lost to the Atlanta Hawks

in overtime on Saturday night, suffering yet another heartbreaking defeat. Even a 60-point shooting

spree was insufficient to overcome Golden State’s flaws on both ends, illustrating yet again how inadequate

the Warriors are outside of Curry. There is just one missed call reported in the NBA’s Last Two Minute Report

for this game. With forty seconds left, Draymond Green should have been called for a defensive three-second

infraction, but the call was missed. The Hawks would have regained possession and a free throw as a result.

It should always be noted that the Last Two Minute Report only covers the last two minutes of a game;

Before the final two minutes of the game, there were undoubtedly a few dubious calls that

will go unanswered.

The Warriors believe they should have won this close game but ultimately let it get away.
