Rodgers makes one change with new bhoys on the bench
For today’s game at Aberdeen, Brendan Rodgers has made one forced alteration to the Celtic team that defeated Ross County last week.
In the center of defense, Maik Nawrocki replaces the injured Cameron Carter-Vickers; Adam Idah and Nicolas Kuhn are the other substitutions.
Celtic is winning their previous six games against teams without a manager, but the victory over Ross County last week was tense, and the transfer
window ended in a letdown.
Aberdeen suffered home losses of 3-1 in August and a 6-0 loss in Glasgow in November, both under Barry Robson’s leadership.
Today’s substitutes are Daniel Kelly and James Forrest, while Mikey Johnston and David Turnbull will be leaving midweek.
On VAR duty today, Steven McLean will officiate the game between Steven Kirkland.
CELTIC: Abada, Kyogo, Parma; McGregor, O’Riley, Bernardo; Johnston, Nawrocki, Scales, and Hart
SUBS: Kelly, Forrest, Ralston, Welsh, Bain, Kuhn, Idah, Holm, Vata, and Kelly
