Rangers turn down a Premier League offer for Jack Butland, the keeper.
This month, Rangers turned down a bid for keeper Jack Butland and gave any prospective suitors a stern warning.
Since moving from Crystal Palace to Ibrox in the summer, Butland has proven to be an outstanding performer.
Additionally, the Rangers Review is aware that no proposals will be accepted this month.
Manager Philippe Clement is very close to signing Oscar Cortes, a winger from Colombia, as he prepares to sign a
loan agreement from RC Lens. This month, Clement has already secured the signatures of Mohamed Diomande and
Fabio Silva.
Claims that Rabbi Matondo would be rejoining the Bundesliga are thought to be unfounded as Clement assembles
his team for the second half of the season. Butland will be a part of that group, and the Rangers won’t take any offers
for him until Thursday night’s business shut.

In Saturday’s victory over St Mirren, the 30-year-old recorded another clean sheet and expressed his excitement to
rejoin the England team in time for this summer’s European Championship.
Butland remarked, “You can only do what you can do.” “I’ve had times in the past, even seasons, when I felt like the
best in England.
“I’m limited to what I am now doing. It has been a while since I was in that England team. No, if I said that was the
first thing on my mind. Of course, I would be thrilled to have it.
In the end, I have to perform for Rangers, and the reality is that we are currently participating on a regular basis in
some fantastic events, and we will soon be playing in Europe. So maybe that’s a nice place to keep showcasing that.
I am aware that they have a large roster of players and goalies to consider. Knowing the England camp, they don’t
waste any time, and if it was something they were considering, they would have taken care of it sooner.
