Rangers ‘reject’ Jack Butland transfer bid from Nottingham Forest as Ross Wilson receives firm response

The goalkeeper has been the top performer at Ibrox so far this season.

Rangers have reportedly rejected Nottingham Forest’s proposal for goalkeeper Jack Butland,

according to STV.

However, Record Sport knows that the move was made by another Premier League club,

not Forest. The 30-year-old has been a standout since his summer arrival in the Scottish Premiership as a free agent after leaving Crystal Palace last summer after a six-month loan spell at Manchester United –

and he has established himself as the undisputed number one at Ibrox, filling in for legendary shot

-stopper Allan McGregor.

However, that form has apparently piqued the interest of clubs south of the border,

with an English team making a move.
