The Baltimore Ravens are on the verge of their first Super Bowl appearance in almost a decade.

The Ravens will host the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday,

and they are expected to advance considering how well they have played this season.

Baltimore has the coaching, talent, and momentum to make a real run at the Super Bowl LVIII crown,

and this appears to be their greatest chance of winning.

A significant part in the Ravens’ title ambitions has been their relatively clean bill of health,

with almost all of their key players fully prepared to face the Chiefs.

There are a few guys nicked up ahead of the showpiece game versus Kansas City,

which is why the team announced they’re elevating a couple of players from the practice squad via the team’s official Twitter account.

“We have activated LB Josh Ross and WR Dan Chisena from the practice squad ahead of tomorrow’s game,”

the team said in a tweet.

Del’Shawn Phillips, a linebacker, is doubtful due to a shoulder injury,

while Tylan Wallace is questionable with a knee ailment.

Josh Ross and Dan Chisena will most likely only play on special teams if they make it onto the field,

but this should have little effect on either offense or defense.

Lamar Jackson has been playing at an MVP level,

and the defense led the NFL in multiple measures during the regular season.

Ravens fans may be confident in their team’s chances, but the Chiefs will not go down gently.
