Philippe Clement ready to green-light Jose Cifuentes loan exit at Ibrox to save money

The Ecuadorian international has reportedly lost favor with the Belgian at Ibrox, according to a journalist for The Sun.

The 24-year-old has had difficulty living up to expectations despite just joining Michael Beale at Ibrox in the summer.
