Patriots Schedule Nick Caley Interview as Offensive Coordinator – Pats Tracker
This weekend, conference titles will be the focus of attention for everyone in the NFL,
but the chave invited a well-known individual to talk business.
According to an NFL Network report, Los Angeles Rams tight ends coach Nick Caley,
who coached with the Pats from 2015 to 22, will have an interview with the team
on Sunday in Foxboro.

Despite joining Bill Belichick’s staff in 2015, he was elevated to the position of tight
ends coach for New England in 2017. In 2020, Caley expanded his résumé by taking
on the role of fullbacks coach for the squad in addition to his tight ends coaching responsibilities. Caley became a part of Sean McVay’s Los Angeles staff in 2023, taking on the role of tight ends coach.
Caley is not the only candidate being considered for the open position.
Former Pat and Las Vegas Raiders coach Josh McDaniels, Rams coach Zac Robinson,
Houston Texans quarterbacks coach Jerrod Johnson, offensive coordinator
Thomas Brown of the Carolina Panthers, and pass game coordinator
Tanner Engstrand of the Detroit Lions are also in the running.
