According to sources, Ridvan Yilmaz wants to stay at Rangers despite offers from Galatasaray.

Yilmaz has fitted nicely at Rangers and is overjoyed to have made his debut. He refuses to return to Istanbul,

despite offers from Turkish giants.

Despite transfer rumors linking Yilmaz to Hellas Verona and Galatasaray,

Yilmaz wishes to remain in Glasgow.

According to many rumors in Turkish media, the Lions have made an offer and agreed on personal terms with Yilmaz.

As of yet, the Lions have yet to reach an agreement with Yilmaz and have not spoken with him directly.

The talks are between Galatasaray and Rangers.

The defender does not want to leave after earning the manager’s trust and breaking into the team.

He hopes to play frequently for Rangers and get called up to Turkey’s national squad for the European Championship this summer.

Yilmaz has started Rangers’ last five league games and scored in their 3-0 away win over Hibernian yesterday.
