Dr. Rajpal Brar believes Nordsjaelland midfielder Mohamed Diamonde will pass his Rangers physical despite a long-term injury incurred in 2020.

The injury expert claims he was out with bone edema, which is the swelling of a bone.

It is considered to be problematic if not treated correctly, but the 22-year-old appears to have mastered this challenge.

Brar, a doctor of physical therapy and a sports scientist, spoke exclusively with Ibrox News about his condition.

“He missed more than 100 days in 2020 due to bone edema.”

“A bone edema is swelling of the bone.

“This most often refers to a bone bruise,” which may be rather troublesome when they don’t heal properly.

“That being said, he seems to have gotten over the issue so unless there’s something very unexpected, he would most likely pass a medical.”

The Scottish Sun reported on January 23 that the Gers will pay around £4.5 million to sign the Ivorian midfielder.

He was sick from malaria and will soon finalize his move to Ibrox once he has healed.

His arrival was delayed due to bad weather conditions in the United Kingdom, but he is scheduled to officially join this week.
