Brendan Rodgers Provides an Update on Incomings

Celtic is entering the final week of the January transfer market with little activity,

having added only one player to its roster thus far.

The single addition, winger Nicolas Kuhn,

is poised to make his debut against Ross County after manager Brendan Rodgers confirmed his inclusion in the team.

In discussing the possibilities of additional signings, Rodgers mentioned the difficulties of the transfer window.

He responded, “Not just now; there’s work going on behind the scenes, of course.

But, listen, it’s not simple when you know you’re trying to get players in,

and I’ve talked about quality before, and I will continue to do so, because that’s what I want to develop here.

and I would like to add more to that.

However, acquiring and adding quality players is never easy because rival clubs do not want to lose talented players.

But, like I mentioned, it’s something that has constantly being worked on,

and I hope that before the window closes, we’ll be able to that.”

This approach, however, has sparked considerable anger among fans,

especially given Rodgers’ previous statement about bringing in three or four players this month.

The present scenario contrasts with this initial goal,

leaving fans eager for fresh signings to bolster the roster.

Furthermore, the Celtic squad has not been much trimmed,
