Following his goal against Hibernian, Scott Wright texted his Rangers teammate Rivdan Yilmaz in three simple words.

On Wednesday, January 24, the Gers overcame Nick Montgomery’s team 3-0 at Easter Road thanks

to an early goal from the left-back.

Yilmaz played the entire 90 minutes of the Scottish Premiership clash, with Wright coming off the bench in the 70th minute.

Yilmaz shared the following on Instagram following the victory: “Another 3 points, another win with a perfect team performance.” I’m

incredibly happy and content to be here.

Wright, his colleague on the Rangers, reshared the post on his own page and wrote, “Let’s go bro!!” to the left-back.

Wright and Yilmaz are still important players for Philippe Clement right now, despite recent rumors that they were considering

leaving Ibrox.

Wright might leave Ibrox this month, according to Sky Sports writer Mark Benstead (3 January). On Wednesday, Yagız Sabuncuoglu

revealed on X that the Gers are still in talks to sell Yilmaz.

Though it seems unlikely that Clement would seek any significant roster changes at this pivotal point in the season, it does seem odd

that the players would be free to depart during the January transfer window.

The Gers are performing well across the board, and even a slight roster change might have a significant impact

on how the rest of the season plays out.

In addition to their Scottish Cup and Europa League commitments, the Ibrox club has managed to narrow the distance on Celtic in the

Scottish Premiership standings with their easy victory against Hibs.

In other Rangers news, given what transpired with Clement recently, one player who is connected to leaving the

team is very certain to stay at Ibrox.
