Although Patrick Mahomes is cautious about the threat posed by the Baltimore Ravens, the star quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs does not lack confidence.

Following the Chiefs’ exciting victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, which guaranteed them a spot in the AFC Championship,

Mahomes celebrated the triumph on Instagram. He posted a few images from the match with the remark, “Good luck,”

and an emoji of an alarm clock.

Several interpretations could be made of it. Maybe Mahomes is wishing his colleagues luck? Or perhaps it’s a good-luck wish for their

opponents as they square off? Alternatively, might it be both?

In any case, Mahomes is sending a strong statement. He will play Lamar Jackson and the Ravens on Sunday to determine who wins

the conference and gets to play in the Super Bowl.

Still, it’s not shocking that the Chiefs are so full of confidence. They have so far prevailed in two difficult tests, defeating the Miami

Dolphins in the Wild Card round and then handling the Bills, no less, even though they had to play a long road game.

They certainly had the best preparation as they head to Baltimore next to face the top team in the NFL in the 2023 season.
