5 Green Bay Packers’ Odds of Coming Back in 2024

Nobody is more aware than Matt LaFleur, the head coach of the Green Bay Packers, that nothing in the National Football League remains the same.
Not in a league where teams typically offload between 25% and 33% of their rosters over the winter and where the average career lasts fewer than four years.

As LaFleur talked about the Packers’ NFC divisional playoff loss to San Francisco on Saturday night, 24-21, he was aware that the game marked more than simply the end of their 2023 campaign. He was aware that the gang would never come together completely.

One of the difficult things about the National Football League, according to LaFleur, is that this particular group will never again play as a unit. “Every year there is a lot of turnover, but I couldn’t be more proud of their ability to stick together when a lot of stuff was going on.”
The Packers in 2024 will surely look different.
In April, Green Bay will have 11 draft picks. The Packers will have some room to assault free agency for the first time in several years.
Additionally, a few players who have made significant contributions recently will not be coming back. These five Packers have probably played their final games in the Bay Area.
