This year’s biggest upset of Super Wild Card Weekend was accomplished by the Green Bay Packers. Even though they were the 7-seed

in the NFC going into the playoffs, Green Bay defeated the Dallas Cowboys 48-32 on the road in what was arguably the most

remarkable performance of the weekend. Aaron Jones and Jordan Love both had huge games.

It was the latest embarrassing performance by a Cowboys team with sky-high expectations entering the postseason, and apparently,

the team that Green Bay will now have to face didn’t give Dallas too much of a chance of pulling off a miracle comeback. San Francisco

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan spoke to the media on Tuesday and revealed that the team started

preparing for the Packers well before halftime.

Although Shanahan said that he focused a bit on the team at halftime due to Dallas’ late touchdown at the end of the second quarter,

he gave Green Bay his whole attention in the second half. It should come as no surprise as the Packers led 48–16 with less than six

minutes remaining in the game before two touchdowns.

Having not faced off on the field since San Francisco’s 13-10 victory in the 2021 postseason,

the Packers and Niners have not met yet this season.
