After the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers wild card game was postponed,

the Baltimore Ravens will not know their Divisional round opponent until Monday night.

The game between the Bills and Steelers was rescheduled from Sunday at 1 p.m.

to Monday at 4:30 p.m. because of an impending blizzard.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul made the announcement on Saturday at a press conference.

The Ravens, who had a first-round bye because of their outstanding regular season,

will now have to wait an additional day to find out who they play in

the Divisional round because of the postponement.

Following the wild card round,

the NFL playoffs rearrange the bracket according to seeding,

ensuring that Baltimore will face the team with the lowest remaining seed in the divisional round.

With a victory, Pittsburgh, the seventh-seeded team that qualified for the playoffs, would play the Ravens.

Baltimore will host the Miami Dolphins or, in the event that Miami loses,

the winner of the Houston Texans vs. Cleveland Browns game on Monday if Buffalo prevails.

When the Steelers and Chiefs were playing in Kansas City in 2016,

the game had to be rescheduled from the early slot to the prime time position.

That was the last time a playoff game was relocated.

Notably, Pittsburgh prevailed in a fierce battle to win that game 18–16.

With the exception of the Steelers, who were the only club to upset Baltimore twice,

the Ravens have already defeated every team that may face them in the Divisional round this season.
