DJ Moore is the Chicago Bears team MVP for 2023
DJ Moore received 60% of the vote cast, making him your 2023 Chicago Bears Team MVP. You guys cast your votes earlier this week.
With 96 receptions, 1,364 yards, and eight touchdowns—all career highs—Moore led the Bears. He also added four
rushes for 21 yards and a touchdown.
His yards rank fourth, while his 96 catches rank sixth in Chicago history for a single season.
Without a doubt, Moore was able to lead the Bears offense to greater success, as seen by Chicago’s record. The Bears
were 6-2 in the eight games when Moore was targeted nine times or more, while they were just 1-8 when he was
targeted eight times or less.
He got along well with quarterback Justin Fields, who he said he hoped to play for the team until 2024 even though
Fields’ future is uncertain because Chicago owns the first overall draft pick.
Moore stated earlier this week on the St. Brown Bros. Podcast, “I think we should trade back,” if he had his way.
The Bears will have a new offensive play caller in 2024, which is something the entire offense should be thrilled
about, whether it’s Fields or a rookie QB.
