Customized flags for six fan groups were unveiled at Villa Park as part of the team’s ongoing collaboration with the Fans for Diversity initiative

At the team’s Europa Conference League match

against Legia Warszawa in November, flags with

the names and logos of Villa & Proud, Villans

Together, Villa Bellas, Saathi Villans, Punjabi

Villans, and AVDSA (Aston Villa Disability

Supporter Association) were flown for the first

time.

partnership with our fan clubs, which

contributes to making Aston Villa an inclusive

place for all.

The Football Supporters’ Association and Kick It

Out collaborated to create Fans for Diversity,

which is how the flags were created and

manufactured.

In order to make sure that all football fans,

regardless of age, handicap, gender, color,

religion, sexual orientation, or any other

protected trait, feel secure and welcome during

the game, the campaign aims to promote

diversity in football.
