Rangers have already been connected to a number of players during this transfer window, with Million Manhoef

being one potential candidate for the right wing position, which is obviously a concern.

If he can add him to his roster, the 22-year-old wide player may be a steal for Gers manager Philippe Clement, whose

fee is rumored to be about £2.5 million.

According to transfer journalist Dean Jones, who was speaking with GiveMeSport, Rangers will be wise to pursue

Million Manhoef if a deal can be reached with Vitesse Arnhem.

This season has been made better by Ross McCausland’s breakout, which has shown that he can be relied upon in the

starting lineup.

Although he is only 20 years old and in his first season as a senior player, the management doesn’t want to play him

every week, therefore his development must be closely monitored.

Million Manhoef fits the Rangers profile and age requirements well, and Jones believes the move will be beneficial

both on and off the field:

“Signing Manhoef would be a tremendously exciting move, to be honest. He’s a cunning player. He is one who is

really challenging to find.He actually takes up the ball in really wonderful places in and around the box as a result of

his extremely clever small movements.

In fact, Rangers would be signing someone very astutely. And he’s the kind of player that will entice spectators to

jump up from their seats if they can pull it off.

Jones is correct; Manhoef is comparable to Rabbi Matondo but with greater consistency, control, and output.

And if his potential is realized, there’s always the chance to profit from him in the future.

Rarely does Rangers execute the January transfer window well. Todd Cantwell and Nicolas Raskin were good

signings the previous season, but Michael Beale needed more goals in the forward line, which he failed to address in

the transfer window.

If Rangers sign Million Manhoef in addition to Fabio Silva, that would be a promising start to a window that has seen

nearly a daily addition of new players.
