After a period of play that might have brought memories of last season’s Week 18 upset, the Dallas Cowboys enter the locker room with a much more comfortable 21-10 lead over the Washington Commanders.

But the Cowboys had their own huge defensive play with an interception by Donovan Wilson, after the Commanders’ big momentum plays of a blocked field goal and an early interception that both resulted in scores for Washington.

Like the Commanders did following Prescott’s interception, the Cowboys turned the takeaway into points as Dak Prescott led Dallas on a quick six-play drive where he found his star receiver, CeeDee Lamb, for a four-yard touchdown.

With seven receptions for 58 yards and two touchdowns in the first thirty minutes of play, Lamb’s touchdown was his first of the game.

Prescott, on the other hand, has been almost perfect with the interception apart, completing 17 of his 21 passes for 167 yards and two touchdowns.
