During the winter break, Philippe Clement might give his players a little time to unwind, but that’s not how he works.

The Rangers boss wants his team to recover after a demanding December in which they participated in 11 games across all competitions in a little over a month. The boss has acknowledged in recent weeks that he has a busy schedule, but that won’t stop him from working diligently before, during, and after their trip to Spain later this month.

After all, there are transfer plans that need to be approved. The Belgian may need to work on, clear up, or improve on a few additional things.
