Aston Villa target £10 million move for Iheanacho

Iheanacho of Leicester City is rumored to be available for a £10 million cost, and Aston Villa may be prepared to make a play for the striker.

Football Insider first revealed Villa’s interest, stating that the former Manchester City forward would help give Villa’s crucial front three—Ollie Watkins, Leon Bailey, and Moussa Diaby—some competition.

Iheanacho, who can play all three forward positions, would be Unai Emery’s ideal backup for Villa as they look to qualify for the Champions League.

Villa may not be as eager to sign Iheanacho if they are successful in acquiring forward Cyril Ngonge from Hellas Verona in January, despite the fact that the striker’s low cost and favorable contract terms encourage them to act swiftly.
