Cowboys React to Week 18: Dallas looks to clinch the NFC East championship

The Dallas Cowboys will play the Commanders in the NFC East this coming week when they visit Washington.

It is the last week of the regular season. The Cowboys played in one of the most memorable games of the season last week, defeating the NFC North champion Detroit Lions by a single score.

The game will be remembered for its two-point efforts that were so complicated that it ended with two penalties.

Depending on who you ask, the disputed one was the referees’ fault, the Lions’ fault, or both.
Nevertheless, Dallas managed to reach their objective, and after winning, they bided their time to see what the Philadelphia Eagles would do the next day.

The Arizona Cardinals shocked the Eagles by blowing a lead, and the Cowboys went on to win the NFC East division as a result.

Winning the NFC East would be enormous, especially considering the Cowboys’ road problems.

The Cowboys would win the NFC East and the #2 seed in the NFC if they prevail on Sunday.

That would provide them a home game to begin the postseason and, should they go past the first round, a minimum of one further home game
