The Los Angeles Lakers might be the perfect trade partner, according to a league executive who talked with Sean Deveney of Heavy on

Sport while requesting anonymity. The CEO mentioned that LeBron James could hold Green accountable.

Green has spent more than ten years as a key member of the Warriors’ core. It seems improbable that the front desk would let him go

unless they were left with no other choice. But the Lakers are a reasonable destination if the Warriors determine that trading Green is

in their best interests. It is often known that Green and LeBron are pals.

When locked in and at his best, Green is a generational defensive talent. He would quickly re-establish a championship mindset within

the Lakers locker room and help LeBron challenge for another championship ring.
