There appears to be a solid reason for clubs to think that a fresh attempt at acquiring Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz could succeed, as recent reports from Brazil suggest that clubs are reportedly pursuing him once more.

In a story published today about this conflict, JB Filho claims that Grêmio is prepared to make a move to sign the centre forward in January.

 

It is remembered that the team made an attempt to sign Muniz during the summer,

but his family decided that he should remain at Fulham even though the player approved of the move.

The striker is “back on the radar” because he hasn’t been playing much—he has only made eight appearances this season.

Grêmio is considering how to persuade Muniz to move.

They won’t start negotiations with Fulham until they receive the all-clear.

According to JB Filho, the Whites wanted €5 million to allow the striker to depart in the summer,

though it’s unclear how much they would ask for this time.

Muniz has a deal with Fulham that expires in 2026, with a one-year extension option.
