‘Major disappointment’ – Celtic and Rangers Premiership rivals hit with transfer blow as striker departs’

the team’s leading scorer, was called back from his loan by Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.

In order to keep the team in the top division, Motherwell will be counting on another striker to step up in his place.

Despite having played two more games than Ross County,

the Steelmen are now only two points above the relegation spots.

This weekend, the North Lanarkshire club plays its Scottish Cup match against Alloa Athletic,

followed by a crucial Premiership away game against another struggling team St Johnstone.

For 39 years, Motherwell has been a constant in the top division, and they are want to stay in the Scottish Championship.
