Conner, a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, played for Ole Miss from 2019 to 21. In the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars selected him. The Jags waived Snoop in August of this year, and he was later re-signed to the practice squad. However, he was not signed to a futures deal in Jacksonville, and once his practice squad contract ended, he became a free agent.

The Dallas Cowboys are here to help with that. As per the source, Dallas signed Malik Davis and Conner to future contracts because running back Tony Pollard was scheduled to become a free agency.

Snoop ran for 26 touchdowns and had over 1,500 running yards in three seasons at Ole Miss.
