Nat Phillips has sent a message to Celtic after returning to Liverpool.

The central defender had a short term loan with Brendan Rodgers to mitigate a substantial defensive injury list.
Using Instagram, Phillips expressed gratitude for the opportunity to play for the team and wished them luck for the remainder of the season.
Phillips did not play for Klopp’s team in Sunday night’s FA Cup victory over Arsenal.

According to reports, the Liverpool manager is thinking about keeping Phillips in his starting lineup.

Phillips made just eight appearances

after moving from Anfield, performing poorly in his cameo against Hibs and contributing to the loss to Killie.

The large defender did not impress and was uneasy after moving to Glasgow, most likely because he did not play many games.

Liam Scales, Maik Nawrocki, and the injured tandem of Cameron Carter-Vickers and Stephen Welsh are available for Brendan.
