According to The Times, West Ham is attempting to offload Danny Ings, Aaron Cresswell, and Said Benrahma in January in order to make a triple transfer push.

The news source stated on its website on January 3rd that the Hammers are looking to recruit a left-back,

left winger, and striker this month.

And the reason for that is that they are putting a lot of effort into getting rid of a few bench players from their team to make place for the newcomers.

As a result, London Stadium may experience a busy month.

They stated, “West Ham is trying to offload various fringe players including Saïd Benrahma,

Aaron Cresswell, and Danny Ings, and are in the market for a left back, left winger, and forward.”

Not shocking

Wolves made an attempt to sign veteran full-back Aaron Cresswell during the summer transfer window,

but ultimately the deal fell through and Cresswell stayed with the team.

However, he has not played much in the first half of the season since Emerson Palmieri is currently ahead of him in the left-back pecking order.

David Moyes has also chosen to play a back-four significantly more frequently than a three-man central defence.

Regarding Ings, nobody will be surprised that he might be done, since he has lost ground to Michail Antonio,

Jarrod Bowen, and even rookie Divin Mubama in the competition for the number nine spot.

Although Benrahma has good quality and gives the squad excellent depth,

fans would be more disappointed to see him leave the club.

However, he is the one who is most likely to push for a transfer because he will want more regular game time.

Should that occur, he will have to be replaced, and West Ham needs to move fast to make that happen.
