Head coach Unai Emery of Aston Villa addressed the media following his team’s 2-1 victory over Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium.

After halftime, Alex Moreno and Ollie Watkins completely change the course of the match,

with Keane Lewis-Potter scoring the first goal late in the first half. Emi Martinez tried to lift Neal Maupay

off the ground by his shirt, which sparked an argument between the two sets of players.

Boubacar Kamara was sent off for raising his hand on Yegor Yarmolyuk.

Tempers appeared to flare after Watkins celebrated his goal in front of a Brentford fan who had been abusing one of the striker’s

“I’m not entirely sure. I want to evaluate the first and second halves of the game as well as our

management of the game following the red card. Then, since I’m not entirely sure what happened to Ollie at the end of the game, I also

want to analyze the events involving Duran, Martinez, Zaniolo, and Zaniolo.
