Cardiff targets Man City players
Josh Wilson-Esbrand, a left back for Manchester City, is reportedly in talks to join
Cardiff City on a season-long loan, according to WalesOnline.
The left-back, 21, played 13 games while on loan at Stade Reims during the first part of the season,
recording one goal and one assist. However, the Premier League’s biggest clubs have
called him back to send him out on loan once more.
Furthermore, we are aware that he is headed to South Wales, where an announcement regarding
a deal is imminent. Jamilu Collins is the sole starting left-back for Cardiff,
although Callum O’Dowda, out until the end of the month, is thought to be an option for Erol Bulut further up the field.
Wingers connected
We’ve been informed that Cardiff City has no interest in signing James Forrest, a winger for Celtic.
Social media rumors indicated that the Bluebirds are eager to make a double move for
David Turnbull and teammate Forrest of the Hoops.
Although Turnbull completed his medical examination in South Wales, it is believed
that his connections to Forrest are unfounded.Additionally, two proposals from the
Bluebirds allegedly concerned Fenerbahce’s Lincoln Henrique, according to Turkish publications.
Although Cardiff has discussed him, it looks that he is outside the Bluebirds’ present budget.
He probably won’t sign unless there is a significant shift in the fees.
United of Rotherham wants Rinomhota.
Andy Rinomhota is a target for Rotherham United, according to Erol Bulut.
“A loan will be given to Rinomhota. Rotherham expressed interest. During the news conference today,
Bulut stated, “I believe they were close to reaching a deal.”
With Aaron Ramsey returning this weekend and City about to announce David Turnbull,
midfield is a very crowded part of the field, so outgoings were much needed.
Bulut was amenable to Romaine Sawyers departing the club before tonight’s deadline,
and Rinomhota is on his way out.
After Arsenal tore up Alex Runarsson’s contract, he signed a long-term contract with
FC Copenhagen that runs through June 2027.
Runarsson hasn’t played well for Cardiff this year, and the Bluebirds have
been trying to find a new goalkeeper this month. After Arsenal agreed to repatriate
the Icelandic international, they are now in a position to sign Ethan Horvath permanently.
After spending three and a half years playing football in north London, where he only
participated in one league game, Runarsson will now play in Denmark.
