Ryan Kent’s contract was apparently frozen, therefore Fenerbahce is trying to push him out of the club. Kent was formerly a standout for the Rangers.

After his contract at Ibrox expired in the summer, Kent moved to Istanbul; nevertheless, his time in Turkey has not gone well. The 27-

year-old was utterly blasted out of the squad in November, and he has only started one league game

and not kicked a ball for the team since.

This month, Fenerbahce is eager to cut their losses on the former Liverpool youth, and Cardiff City and Dinamo Zagreb are among the

teams showing interest in Kent. The midfielder is also a top target for former manager Steven Gerrard,

and earlier in the transfer

window, it was announced that Al-Ettifaq had submitted a £3.4 million bid.

Nevertheless, Kent is still under contract at Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, and a hasty exit seems less and less likely in front of tomorrow

night’s deadline. Fenerbahce chiefs are apparently furious about this and have responded by

withholding the attacker’s salaries, according to many Turkish publications.

Fener’s patience has apparently run out because Kent is reportedly unwilling to quit the Turkish club after just six months.

Fenerbahce has a history of doing this to their own players, and it appears that Kent has worn

a yellow and blue shirt for the last time.
